沒有午飯沒有晚飯，吃飯全要開車出去吃，最近的也要兩公里之外，温泉的更衣間的毛巾扔的滿地沒人收拾

看着外觀如此高檔的酒店，服務和衞生卻如此之差，到前台辦理入住，前邊就一個人，讓我們等了半小時，前台好像各種房間都不太瞭解的樣子，我們都預訂好了，還説沒有標間了，不知道怎麼臨時收拾的房間，一進門到樓道就看到了衞生問題，門口灑了東西，我又找保潔擦了半天，一進屋更是讓我驚喜，床品沒有更換，非常不平整，掀開被子還有好多頭髮，不應該是走了客人每天更換嗎，浴巾沒有疊整齊，一看就是用過的，我們立刻聯繫前台更換，在房間等了20分鐘沒有來人，我打電話説先去吃飯，記得找人來收拾就好。
從六點吃到九點，我們回來，就問前台，人家回答是也不清楚收沒收拾，讓我們先進屋看看，沒收拾再打電話，我一進屋，果然是一動沒動，我帶着孩子要哄他睡覺，還要讓我繼續催促，這個誰能不火，我們又打了好幾個電話，最後看我們急了，他們才派一個人過來更換，換了半小時，人家説：本來是想讓你們退房的，但是大晚上讓你們走帶着孩子還要找酒店，所以才想着過來換床單，這是一個酒店的負責人員説的話嗎？説沒有保潔，都是臨時工收拾的，所以他們累透支了，這個跟我也沒什麼關係吧，不是我導致的，五一節假日自己酒店的準備工作不做好了，等客人投訴嗎？
我們出去吃飯，九點才住上酒店，不是為了退房走人，我們是為了解決問題的，如果床品不乾淨，換上就好了，為什麼如此不負責任，讓我們一催在催，態度衞生都這麼差，最後一點真誠的道歉都沒有，更別説其他補償了，五一帶孩子出遊碰到這種酒店，我花了錢是為了享受服務的，也不是説白住，我真的住任何酒店沒遇到過，以後也不會再去住了，真的不要看外觀環境，有的小民宿就比他們好幾倍。

可能是節假日，服務人員不足，整體不是很滿意。比我預想的差很多。衞生間衞生不好，水壓不足，影響整體舒適度。

衞生：很乾凈，連住兩天每天都可以打掃環境：很安靜舒適陽台可以看到海，空氣很清新，花園裡有果樹，服務：很熱情友好，早餐挺豐富，但是温泉設施很多沒有開放，希望下次去能完善

優點：
酒店外邊環境及地理：是一個社區形式的公寓，離海很近，社區環境很好，綠化，配置都不錯。
缺點：我住的是兩室一廳，房間是公寓形式，長長的走廊一排房間那種，房間衹能説很一般，普普通通的裝修，建樓自帶那種，有個陽台，還算優點，但是全是灰塵，沒有人擦。
服務：明顯能感覺到他們很缺人，前台就一個人，有點忙不過來的感覺，前台包括客房服務態度沒有問題。晚上要小童拖鞋打了5個電話沒人接/佔線，房間的電話主機不能用，是打訂房電話才聯繫到人
額外服務：酒店有湯泉，就一個池子開着，水裡肉眼可見的臟東西，很臟，最搞笑的是湯泉裏沒有汗蒸，問服務人員説是本來就沒有，但是摸着碳還是熱的，不知道是不是快下班了懶得給我們開還是怎樣（距離停止營業時間2個小時）
早餐：住酒店以來最差的早餐，沒有之一，9點去的，能吃的不超過5樣，兩個涼菜見底，主食衹有饅頭，沒見到包子，衹吃了雞蛋和粥，幾乎沒有能吃的我是單獨付的早餐錢38一位，覺得不值得這個價位。煮麪，混沌那邊是有檔口的，但是沒看到有人服務。早餐全程2個工作人員去補充食物，明顯感覺人力不夠。
房價確實不貴，但是在樂亭這個地方也不算便宜了，我想説你們既然開放這麼多服務，為什麼都要用一種消極的態度去應對呢，整體體驗一般吧，做事用心顧客是能看到的。
